Because our store features distinct collections (Paw Guides, Paw Apparel, and Paw Shop), your items may be fulfilled and delivered differently depending on what you order.

1. Digital Products (Paw Guides)

Delivery Method: Delivered instantly via email and download link right after checkout.

Shipping Cost: Free (Digital).

Delivery Time: Immediate access.

2. Physical Products (Paw Apparel & Paw Shop Items)

Delivery Method: Packaged and shipped directly to your door from our fulfillment partners.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 15 business days 
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us and we'll track it.
Items fulfilled from our US warehouse, including The Daily Settle Kit, ship free within the United States and arrive in 2–7 business days.

Shipping Cost: $6.99 flat rate. Free shipping on all orders over $50.

Will all my items arrive in the same package? If you order multiple physical items (such as apparel and a slow feeder bowl), they will likely arrive separately. To ensure you get the highest quality items as quickly as possible, different product categories may ship from separate specialized facilities.

Tracking Your Order Once your physical items have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your order's progress to your door.
