How will my order be delivered?
It depends on what you ordered! Our store features three distinct collections: Paw Guides, Paw Apparel, and Paw Shop.
- Paw Guides are digital products that can be downloaded instantly right after checkout.
- Paw Apparel and Paw Shop items are physical products that are packaged and shipped directly to your door (estimated delivery in 5 to 15 business days).
Will all my items arrive in the same package?
If you order multiple physical items, they will likely arrive separately. To ensure you get the highest quality products as quickly as possible, we process our Paw Shop accessories and Paw Apparel from different specialized warehouses. This means your items will ship in separate packages and may arrive on different days. Don't worry—you will receive tracking information for every package!
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on the item and destination. Estimated shipping times are shown during checkout, and tracking information will be provided whenever available.
Can I return my order?
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a quick photo, and we’ll issue a full refund or send a fresh replacement right away.
For companion apparel items, we offer a 7-day return policy. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of approval. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Note: Digital Paw Guides and change-of-mind physical items are non-refundable
